Refund policy
We try our best to inspect each item of clothing closely to insure they have been treated with the best care before passing them along to be loved by another child. If the item does appear to be damaged in any way it will be stated on the item description. However, we are human and can miss a stain or small hole. If this is the case, or maybe you are just unhappy with the size, color, or fit of an item then we are happy to help with a return!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately we do not refund shipping charges, but we will send you a shipping label free of cost. Simply print the label, attached it to the box containing the item and drop it off at your local carrier. A refund will be issued on arrival of the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at littlecubsclosetllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Delivery Dates: Once your package is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or FedEx we are not longer responsible for deliver dates. There may be delays that are out of our hands.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like damaged items that have been discounted and that have clearly stated in the item description that they are defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (stated above) or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to our gently loved clothes only having quantities of 1 (unless stated), exchanges are not allowed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We promise to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We care about our customers and strive to serve them.
